Need help: Multiple system hookup

Currently I have my windows PC hooked up to my monitors and my headset which is basically plugging in cables and go.

I want to switch my setup a bit so I can actually work at my desk and play at my desk;

I have the following systems;

  • - Desktop PC with windows for gaming
  • - DELL XPS 15 laptop with windows (from work)
  • - Macbook Pro 16 (personal work)

    Peripherals
  • - WASD mechanical keyboard (wired)
  • - Steelseries  sensei mouse (wired)
  • - some monitors (which I might replace anyway)
  • Sehnheiser Headphone for music (wired)
  • [need to buy] Headphone for gaming

I want for each peripheral to work with each system without me getting on my knees and retracing the cables to the fourth dimension.  Also as a bonus it would be nice if my computer system(s) could be added in the setup.

So I need a setup where I have my peripherals to easy work for each system. (easy switch between)

What would be the best way to achieve such a setup?

Beneath this mask there is an idea, and ideas are bulletproof.

KVM Switch is what you're looking for

You have recomendation of a KVM switch I had one in the past which was shit obviously but what would I expect for buying the cheapest.

I also read Macbook are not working well with kvm switched I don't know how much of that is true. Also wouldn't the keyboard have any lag which could be annoying with gaming?
