Re-flashing Moded BIOS GPU

Ive bought this GPU but turns out the BIOS is ex mined, the seller told me that it was an ex mined and has a moded GPU, i cant play games at all im having a terrible lag (at this time i thought it was the driver issue) so i downloaded it, and instlled it but the weird thing is my DXDIAG doesnt show me the right chip type instead of AMD ATOMBIOS, no i do understand that this is a modded BIOS GPU, so i try Flash it by downloading a stock GPU BIOS from Tech Power Up, and and install the the proper Driver from AMD by using auto detect, after the driver installed, my GPU fan stop spinning and everytime i launch something that requires a gpu to do the job (gaming, Re-flashing, Phostoshop), the screen turn grey and i cant press anything even pressing the restart button from my pc doesnt work
