Sounds like fast boot is stopping you seeing the BIOS options quickly enough.

You might want to try resetting the bios. You can do this two ways. On your MSI B360 Gaming Plus board theres a set of pins above the second PCI-E x16 port that you need to short with a jumper or a paper clip while the power is unplugged and wait 60 seconds then remove the jumper. Or you can pull the battery right next to it out while its unplugged from the power and wait 60 seconds before putting it back in again.

That should wipe the bios and put it back to default mode allowing you to get in and reconfigure it again.

I'm an IT System Admin with 15+ years worth of XP, plus I've been tinkering computers since I was old enough to hold a screwdriver, so I usually know what I'm talking about.

Hmm, maybe the motherboards on the way out then. Unplug every component leaving just the PSU, RAM, CPU abd GPU, unless you can use onboard, reset the bios again. See if it will go to the bios then.

If it still doesn't work that likely means somethings up with the motherboard and it needs replacing.
