Pc not booting

I build a new x570 pc with 3800x cpu, motherboard asus x570 pro, ram thermaltake 3200mhz 16gb, psu corsair rm850i and asus strix 1080ti. When i tried to boot my pc nothing happened. Only rgbs opened. No motherboard bios no nothing. On my motherboard is one led showing me DRAM. I removed ram and put again and nothing. I buy new ram and same. I don't know what is going on. Anyone knows what i must do..?

do you have the monitor connected to the gpu? do you have ram in slots 2 and 4? do the fans start spinning?
