RGB light issue

Hello everyone.

 

I'm hoping someone here can help me.

I bought an asus x470 gaming f motherboard the other day and it was working fine but then I turned the lights off in the bios so that they won't be on when the pc is off but that turned them off permanently. I then re-enabled them and the lights are only on when my pc is off and when my pc turns on the lights switch off I've tried everything from cmos clear to bios flash back and flash forward also reinstalled windows and all the drivers and the lights still won't come on when the pc is on.... aura also dose not see my motherboard..

 

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions as this is my first experience with an Asus board and probably my last.
