Pc Restarting by itself

Hi so i have recently bought a new GPU a 1070ti turbo so i can play some better quality games than csgo. 

So i started playing destiny and everything was fine until out off nowhere my PC just turned it self of and this message came up (see Attached)

but it has never come up while playing csgo please helps love the vid LTT

Looks like a bad PSU, probably because the 1070ti drew too much power. Have a look at this and pick a PSU that fits your budget and wattage requirements. It most likely happened in Destiny as that requires more GPU power than CS:GO and so the GPU drew more power, overloading your PSU.
