Best Cheap vpn?

Hey, I got some money now and thinking of getting a decent vpn (tired of proton vpn disconnecting every 2 minutes) that isn't overpriced. I'm new to the vpn scene and don't know much about the vpns. Can anyone recommend a decent VPN that isn't expensive as hell? Bonus points if they have an annual billing plan.

Mullvad seems to be a widely recommended one. They also support WireGuard. The link posted above gives a great overview.

Unless you have a VPN'd network of VPSes you can bounce proxy between every five seconds :P
