Well it's a pretty low end PSU, I'd test that first.

Got a different PSU laying around?

no i dont have any different PSU, i tried putting -25% power limit and -50 core voltage in msi afterburner for my gpu and when i put it to default it automatically happened the monitor went no signal etc, so its 100% the psu? if so what is a good gpu for my specs?

vega 56 none LED was on

My guess was based off this comment.

Motherboard supplies power to the video card as well. If the PCI-E power cable was not plugged in, the LED color would change indicating no PCI-E power.

I suspect the motherboard does not respond or turn on also? If this is the case, I suspect the PSU to be bad.

If you have more information of the behavior of the PC, that would be helpful.

Does the Motherboard light up when PSU is on?

Does the PC post but without a picture?

Want to ask these questions to better diagnose the issue.

motherboard only has illuminating effect and its always on when it has power so yes

pc posts with picture but when the problem happens i have to turn off my pc and when turning the pc back on i have to turn off/on the monitor for it to work

also now i tried entering cs go with -25% power limit and -50 core voltage and still it "crashed" like before

So you are saying the display driver has crashed??

If you are using windows 10 you can reset the video card driver sub system by hitting these 4 keys.

Press the Win + Ctrl + Shift + B keys. All at the same time.

No I cannot discord at this time. Will be offline in 5 minutes.

I suggest first installing the stock bios onto the card. Then see if the problem persists. They card may have gone bad.

If you have any issues with the bios, go to TechPowerUpForums. The Exiled Airman will assist you.
