screen not showing HELP

Hello I'm having issues with my GTX 1070 displaying on both my monitors. I have a Acer 27" and a Samsung 27" I had a GTX 1060 in it before and it worked just fine. Every time I plug both monitors  in they will both try and find a output. Any help

Are all your drivers downloaded+updated?
