Random RAM Spikes

This is the second time this has happened to me. At a random moment of the day, my RAM usage shoots up tremendously high and I don't know why it is doing this.
Specs:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

Ryzen 7 2700

Vengeance Pro DDR 4(8GB) 3000MHz

ROG Strix B-350F 

Must be something in the background starting and using the ram. Maybe some virus scan ??

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick 

 

Steam Deck OLED 512gb , all other pc’s are gone

Disable all scanning and see if this helps

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick
