I have an old desktop HP 406 G1 MT business pc which has i5 4570 processor  1 TB WD HDD, 8 GB 1600M/T DDR3 RAM with a samsung dvdrw and comes with 350w standard efficiency power supply. It has pci 2.0

I wanted to update my pc by installing GTX 1660 super twin fan one. But i saw it was pci 3.0. can i install it and what wil be effects? Also what would be appropriate power supply needed for my pc?
