Hello,

I am new to the forum and pc building alike,  and had a question(possibly a stupid one) about my gigabyte motherboard and the cpu I have on the way(ryzen 3700x). I bought a gigabyte aorus x570 elite wifi(rev1.0) and then I bought the Ryzen 3700x which I was informed after, that gigabyte motherboards might not recognize the cpu if the bios isn't up to date. So I am just wondering if the bios version that comes with my mobo will be compatible with my cpu or will I have to flash it with the most recent bios. any help is appreciated. I don't know if this pertains to the question but I have the 3200mhz ddr4  16 gb kit of G.SKILL TRIDENTZ. Thanks  for taking the time to read this if you did.

You are good to go,

What you said only applies to B450,X470,B350,and X370 boards.

So it's alright.

thank you For the help, I was worried I would get it all together and be stoked just to have the system not work haha. quick question if its not a hassle, would it be worth to flash the most recent bios if its not on there already or should I just leave it how it is?
