can't insert ps4 disc

physically can't put any disc in, and makes a weird noise on start up.

 

i did open it up to find a DVD that had been rammed in from one of my kids. but i took it out and everything else seemed fine. one of the rollers wasn't level with the other one, not sure if it's supposed to be, but couldn't move it or make it level. i have the 2015 version.
