Oculus Rift S software installation problem

Yesterday I received brand new Oculus Rift S. Unfortunately I'm unable to run this device. Every installation of Oculus software finish with "instalation error" screen. There is enough free space on my C drive, I've tried with killing all unnecessary apps (including anti virus and anti malware programs) and run Oculus installer from C:/ There is no log file after "installation". Do anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

 

Computer spec:
i7 8086 @ 5GHz

32 GB RAM

EVGA 1080TI FTW
