Pc won't start

hello, i have a problem

My pc won't start with CPU (ryzen 5 1600)

Mobo (MSI b350 gaming plus) without CPU probably works. I don't know what i should to do.

 

My specs

Ryzen 5 1600

Msi b350 gaming plus

Patriot Viper 4 2x4

Msi rx570 armor OC 4gb

Spc Vero L1 600w

have you ever booted the system succesfully? have you changed anything that might have caused this? do you get a post code? (either a pattern of beeps or a light/display on the mobo)
