My First PC Build

So I'm building my first PC ever and I'm looking for advice on the parts I should pick out for the build. 

 

I already have a monitor it's a 1080p 1ms 165hz Freesync display it was given to me as a gift from a friend that moving away for college. I would like to take full advantage of the 165hz monitor. 

 

The game I want to take advantage of the most is the New CoD Modern Warfare. My budget is 1200$ for all PC parts I already picked out a case(Lian Li Lancool 2) and takes up about $100 of that so I have $1100 left for the build. I absolutely want at least a 1TB SSD m.2 and RBG RAM.

 

I have an idea of what parts I want with pcpartpicker helping me out. However I wanted to come on the forums for the first time after watching Linus for a really long time and get some advice from the community
