That's not a UEFI BIOS and will not support Fast Boot. Its already disabled.

Which is the normal procedure for a BIOS. I'm not familiar with (E)UFI, so perhaps that does allow users to poke around in it via the OS (and only a specific one) and you're not used to a non-EUFI, true BIOS setup thus expecting too much.

Care to explain the problem because I assure you, that BIOS does not support UEFI Fast Boot at all.
