Turn off windows automatic update, to prevent it trying to reinstall the driver itself.

Uninstall the driver from DDU.

Download the driver from guru3D and install it.

At this point, I would put everything back to auto. Windows update, gpu driver, etc.

 

If it "breaks" again, you can just redo this and leave it till Nvidia releases a new driver.
