hey my friend wants to build a PC fro around 400 pound to play games on medium to high settings smoothly and which would be able use sony vegas to render videos. obvuoiusly as i explained he wont be getting his bang for buck at this price but he still insitsts. He doesnt need and os monitor mouse or keyboard. thanks for helping guys as my knowledge is only really with mid to high end pcs

It's a little over over £400 but I think it's worth it and should run most games 1080p med/high no problem.

Here, made another. I didn't include a case as I put it towards more powerful hardware. You can run it on the motherbox, or you could get a cheap case or get a cheaper CPU
