I need some help choosing a CPU (+motherboard + ram (probably ripjaws 16gb 3200MHz) + cpu cooler(preferable something quiet, maiby Noctua NH12S)if you have a suggestion for a motherboard/ram/cooler then its welcome here too)) to work with my msi rx 580 gaming. I am thinking about i5 9600k and i7 9700k as I don't know anything about AMD(the prices are a little different cuz I can't order outside the country (i5=244.90, i7=497.80€). I am not loaded as my budget is about 600€ maiby). I will use the system to game, sometimes stream/record gameplay and edit the recorded vids so... yeah. Should I go w/ one of these or maiby AMD? Thanks for helping!

AMD could have great value but we don't know the pricing. What country are you ordering from?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

If you're on any kind of budget you should definitely go on AMD. If there's no AMD processors available in your country, you can buy them from Aliexpress with free worldwide shipping (yes the sellers are legit). You could get a ryzen 5 2600 for about $95 or a ryzen 5 3600 for about double that. Keep in mind that it's free shipping and it's coming from China, so it could take up to a month to arrive.

I am buying from an Estonian site called Arvutitark (arvutitark.ee)

The Ryzen 5 3600 is cheaper than the 9600K, and the B450 tomahawk Max also appears to be a reasonable price

These options are much more appealing than the i5 or i7 price to performance wise, and would probably end up cheaper (unless you were gonna get a crappy motherboard)
