RX 480 power problem

Hi
do you know what could be the reason for such behavior of the graphics card ?
the temperature is around 60 degrees at stress  but the card dumps timing when the power consumption exceeds approx. 110w
my power supply is 700w and have stabil 12vdc 


whether it's a problem with the card or the settings ?

What psu you have? Brand and model please.

Did you run any benchmarks to determine how the carc behaves under stress load? 

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

my psu  is  be quiet! SYSTEM POWER 9 700W 
I tested her furmark  i must run 800x600 on higher resolution the card is crach

Core clock still fluctuating?

First of all furmark is extreme for testing gpu, it pushes card to the limits so no point in using it tbh. Anyway is this spikes affecting gameplay in any way? Fps drops or lags?? If not it may be only software.

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

65c when using furmark? Hmm ? Is your card watercooled?

Did you tried DDU drivers?

the card is 3 years old
about a year ago, during furmark tests, it worked correctly, such strange things did not happen

Most likely is something with the drivers than imo.

And btw furmark is not necessary, I would use other benchmarking tests instead, heaven or 3dmark. Even when stress testing oc they are good enough. 
What you can try is to test other drivers if you didn’t do it yet. Reset all settings for the card if you using msi afterburner and maybe even reinstall windows. Jak cos pisz pw

If the card crashes with a higher resolution then there's obviously something wrong with the card.
