I am looking to build a streaming/recording pc for my church. I will be using OBS to do both. Budget would be $1500ish canadian, preferably less than that. Would be doing 1080p30 resolution. I have a monitor, peripherals, and an OS. I was thinking a 1660 variant for a graphics card because it has the Turing NVENC encoder. I need at least 2 video outputs, one to send OBS program output to an overflow room and one for the computer. I would also need a USB-C port to connect to an ATEM Mini. Thanks for any suggestions.

I might be wrong but a Ryzen APU should be able to easily handle 1080p30 recording and streaming. Get that, shove it in a tiny case, and save a bunch of money.
