Windows 8 recovery

Can someone help me, i just booted my computer and this popped up. No virus no nothing I just use this for school youtube and linustechtips ( I'm on my iphone )

There are a few posts online about this. looks like a common iah os boot issue

The issue here is you probably don't have a windows 8 or 7 disk to hand. 

 

what is the device is it a OEM ie HP,dell ... did it come with 8 or was it a upgrade?
