Hey guys!

Today i bought a used Razer Deathadder Elite.
I was happy with my purchase until i pluged it in. Windows does not recognize the mouse. It literally says "Usb optical mouse detected". And when I open Bluetooth & other devices, i see this:

I tried installing Razer Synapse and stuff. It says please plug in compatible device. No matter which port on my pc i use or how many times i uninstall these

I tried repluging, restarting , uninstalling ,installing and so on. Nothing seems to work.
Now, please don't get me wrong. The mouse is nice and it works perfectly (well, the left click is almost dead but w/e) out of the box. But i can't get over how the Back and Forward buttons are reversed on this mouse.
I just want to swap them aroun... (im also here for the sweet baby jesus RBG controll to match my build)
Please help. Thank you<3

Maybe the "used" mouse have something to do with it?

I did try it on another pc and the same thing.

I also did contact razer support, and they said the item is authentic and everything should be fine.
The error is likely coused by a driver/hardware issue. I am now working with them on a fix.
If you guys have any suggestions, please leave them below.
