Need help computer not booting up

Hey, my computer isn’t booting up my cpu light flashes red then my dram light flashes after all of that the vga light is solid red, the socket did have some bent pins which à unbend still nothing.

my specs: 

motherboard: p8 z77-v asus

psu: antec neopower550w btw I tried it with a Corsair cx550m 

cpu: i5 3570 

gpu: gtx 960 4gb i tried it with rx 570 

ram: 8gb hyper x fury 1600mhz 

 btw I tried taking off the cmos battery already and all my psu câble and hdmi câble à plug in to the motherboard.
