No Video Issues

So I built a computer for my aunt. It ran fine for a week and then suddenly no video. I tried everything I could. I asked around on the internet for solutions and tried all of those but none of them worked. Eventually it got the point where everyone recommended a new motherboard. Well I got the new one and still no video at all.

Things I have tried:

1. re seat ram
2. re seat CPU
3. re connect all PSU cables 
4. various HDMI/monitor combinations 
5. using a GPU
6. turning it  on out of the case 
7. new motherboard 

I have not heard any beeps, or seen any flashing lights, the fans don't run unusually. It just simply doesn't do anything.
