Parity Error on Asrock Board

Good Morning,

 

I recently built my sister-in-law a PC and she's been getting "Parity Error_" when she boots the PC.  I did some research and it seems to be tied to the memory.  Checked each module individually and one seemed to boot fine, the other didn't.  RMA'd the first set of memory and after a couple boots the error has returned.  I did some more research and I'm seeing that Asrock boards have issues with memory rated at or above 3000.  Has anyone seen this previously or know if what I'm reading is true?  I haven't seen this error before and I'm at a loss.
