CMD command to open a program in the background

mockedarche

Probably doesn't belong in this section since its just a bat script. Anyways I have a script setup to run at startup that launches all my game launcher and then leaves a cmd prompt open that allows to to type any key and close them all. (sorry for the run on sentence). I'm wondering if there is any command to open these programs in the background aka behind whatever window is active. Say i'm watchin youtube with chrome and I launch the script to update my games before I start playing stuff. Is it possible to have this script open stuff behind the active window. Thank you and please give any suggestions. Picture provided to help picture what i'm doing
