Surface camera not working - Fix

Hey if anyone is having issue with the any Surface camera instead of using the built in tool just go update the firmware before you try and diagnose the rest. Link below. I worked for an hour or more updated drivers, using the build in, resetting the app etc. This will also fix most other problems with any surface.
