Changing Display Language on Windows 10

Hello,

 

I want to change my display language on my PC with Windows 10 Single Language. My OS supports English (UK) and Turkish, currently in English. How can I change my display language to Turkish without reinstalling/resetting the PC?

 

I tried to change it myself on Settings > Language but it says my OS license only supports a single language. I tried to search how to change it online but I think they're for Windows 10 that is not Single Language edition.

Can anybody help?
