Can't Open port EC330-G5U

I am trying to open a port for remote desktop, I just can't get it to work?

Router TP-Link EC330-G5U
I attached a screenshot of router setting.

I tried to test it using https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/  it says port is closed
I tried changing IP address
Tried to also on Port triggering and DMZ
Turned off firewall on the desktop.

No success.....


any ideas what it could be?
