Weird artifacting after upgrading GPU

I have been getting weird artifacting/white lines in electron apps like discord, visual studio code, slack. https://imgur.com/a/ckbEWXW 

 

This happens when I dont touch the program for a few seconds and it progressively gets worse

 

I have tried three different gpus and I keep having this problem, I have even tried three different monitors with different dp cables. 

 

I tried wipe the drivers with ddu and reinstalling. 

 

Not sure if anyone knows what this is called so I can look around for some way to solve it.spacer.png

Are you saying trying the gpu on a different system? I dont have another around to try it on. Are you aware of what the white lines are called so I can google it?

Then put your old gpu back in and see if the problem still persists.

What’s the rest of the spec?
