TV Issue While Connected to PC

Hi there, having yet another problem with my TV connected to my PC. The problem is outlined as such: 

 

1. TV periodically cuts to black while still pushing audio through it - for example, while playing a game. Game doesn't get affected at all, you can continue to use it, but no picture at all. Doesn't even push the window to my other displays.

I have no idea what is causing this, but I have tried a few things that haven't worked at all, or only worked for a bit:

 

New HDMI Cable

Tried all HDMI in ports on TV

Tried DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor to try different plugs on Graphics card

Tried changing the scaling settings from Display to Graphics in Nvidia settings

Tried using it in windowed mode, and different resolutions than 4K.

 

I also confirmed that it isn't a defect in the TV as these issues are not present when the display is connected to something else like a Blue Ray Player.

 

Any ideas?
