Computer randomly shuts off with clear reason

Bladearrow

Ok so here's what's happening computer works some days doesn't work others. The computer will show nothing is wrong no high strain on anything then randomly it'll turn off. This happens anywhere from the log in screen to using games and searching the internet. I've tried reinstalling windows. Swapping the ram, gpu, and storage. I've tried to run stress tests and use safe mode(runs great in safe made for the 30 minutes I tried it). I took it to a repair place and they said it was software reinstalled windows and welp it didn't fix the issue.

64 bit windows operating system.

Inside the computer is a core i7 9700k, a msi mpg z390 gaming plus motherboard, 2 16 gb ram cards, 2070 super, 250 gb ssd, 4tb hdd, nzxt h510 case, generic cpu cooler, cx 750m 750 watt power supply.

Bios is up to date. The version is E7b51ims.180.

I'm willing to try anything at this point

Based on what you have tried, I'm assuming this is a motherboard issue. If you have another one, you could try and swap it out maybe?

Is there any beeping after it turns off? Or does it say anything during post after you turn it back on?

There is a slight beep, and it doesn't say anything when it comes back up
