Ram speed not changing, need help

My specks:

ASrock pro4 

ryzen 7 2700x

corsair vengeance rgb pro 3200 (is set at 2333 and will not change)

1tb 660 intel nvme ssd

 

My ram is not changing the the clock speed after trying multiple basic things to try and change it. I have not messed with ram timings and would prefer not to.

What things did you try?

 

In bios set memory to XMP and hit f10 then bios saves setting and reposts.

i have done this with and with out the xmp setting and does the same thing with not changing=

Which pro 4? B450 or x570?

 

Is the bios up to date?

i have a b450 and the have the latest bios if i am correct
