Nah. Better get like a r7 260 for that money if you are only folding on that rig.

Oh btw, how many ppd is your 570 pushing? :)

Don't get a CPU for Folding

Always get GPUs.

But make sure your PSU will be able to drive the cards.

One litte recommendation to everyone wo is willing to build a folding rig on the cheap: Ebay. Some guys are selling old GPUs for cheap there. For example a friend of mine (folding for an other team ;-() bought 3x  GTX 580 for 20€...

I don't know the exakt PPD he is getting but its huge (and only 30€)...

as others have mentioned when it comes to folding you wont see a big return in getting a new cpu, considering that you will spend alot more money on a entierly new motherboard and a new cpu compared to that of just adding a second gpu to a existing system, buying a gpu is alot more economic and will probably contribute alot more to the projects.

you could buy the cpu if you want a new cpu though, and not for the sake of folding, buying a new cpu now and adding a beastly gpu later and you got yourself a beefy computer.
