I'm trying to install Windows on a PC I just built for my parents but I keep getting error codes almost immediately on startup. Thus far I have gotten 0xc0000098, 0xc0000221, and 0xc0000225. In between the first two I switched the USB drive to be the primary boot device. Not really sure what triggered the change to the third one. I'm going to try remaking the windows installation device but after that I'm out of ideas

Just checked and I have the second-latest bios, but for some reason asrock's website says they don't recommend updating for raven ridge apus. So I doubt that's the problem.

How did you done bootable flash drive? That mocrosoft creation tool or whatever?? Maybe try downloading windows again, fresh nice copy and create bootable flash drive using Rufus, if there is something with the copy of windows it’ll give you errors straight away.
