CPU stuck to AIO??

I've never seen this before, I went to remove my AIO to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 3600. 

With my AIO came out my CPU and it appears to be glued to the contact. It popped right out of the socket with the locking arm down. 

What do I do??

Very common. 

Next time, twist the cooler back and forth to release the thermal paste bond.

If you can’t get it out you can try twisting it, or use dental floss (but first method should work alright).

Also inspects the pins of that cpu, hopefully you didn’t bend any

Try dabbing some rubbing alcohol around the edges to moisten the thermal paste if it's not coming off.
