New ram?

My computer is an Lenovo y720 cube - my specs are i5 6400 2.70 GHz SkyLake - 8 gb Ram - LENOVO 364A motherboard -  GTX 1060 6gb (MSI) - 238 gb ssd (i have ordered a new one)

When im playing cs:go why am i then only running like 100 - 120 FPS, and in Fortnite on medium settings im running 70 - 110 FPS? Why am i not running more? Do i need more Ram?
