Xbox One Controller Audio Issues

So, my xbox one controller w/ a 3.5mm jack will not display under audio devices as it should. It will not show up under playback or recording under Manage Audio Devices in Win10. The device is not disabled. I took the controller apart and saw that the 3.5mm jack connects to the PCB via contact pins and not soldered connections so I cleaned it via rubbing alcohol, but still nothing being showed. Anything will help, thanks!
