Fps drops every 3 second.

Hi

just downloaded fortnite, and when the game start i get like 160+ fps, then id start droppiing down to 102/112/107. And when i land i can sometimes go low as 70  when i turn around my fps drops more than when im running straight forward. 

i dont have this problem in call of duty modern warfare, there i get good 130/170fps. but also in PUBG i get good fps but i have this stuttering sometimes when turning around and moving.  someone help? also playing at 1440p 165Hz

 

my system is like 2 month old

Ryzen 3600x with Enermax water cooling

gskill tridentz 32GB 2666Mhz but its overclocked to 3200Mhz

M.2 SSD 1TB

Samsung SSD 1TB

750W PSU

Asus RTX 2080TI Advanced

Gpu usage 95-99 

cpu usage around 40-50%

the Max CPU/Thread Usage seems to be at 60-70 but when i get a stutter it goes up to 86/88..
