Cant create custom resolution :( Please help

Benq.  One of the korean seconds off brands.  Crossover, benq, pixio.  I’m having a similar problem with an ancient crossover.  I am curious to find out what is discovered here.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
