Hdr Problem in Windows/Games

So i tried literally everytrhing to get Hdr Working fine but i still have some issue.

Windows and videos looks great but in many games Hdr doesnt work properly displaying too bright pictures also it seems too white, in games like Destiny 2 or AC Odyssey colours are washed out and too whity.

It seems that alt tabbing randomly get hdr to work fine and im just stunned by those colours, but also alt tabbing sometimes crash my pc basicly everything start flickering and i lose control of my pc (video below)

Tried playing around with nvidia control panel settings but nothing solved it also trying playing with hdr on windows on and in game off and viceversa

My specs are:

Ryzen 7 3700x 

x570 Pro Gaming Carbon MSI

Gigabyte 1070 Oc Edition (Stock, i did no overclock)

16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX c16 (3333 mhz)

M.2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500gb

Monitor: Samsung C27HG70 (Curved 1800r,Hdr,144hz,1ms,QuantumDot,27")

Club3D Vesa certified Display port 1.4 (supports Hdr)

Any possible solution?
