Ryzen stock voltages

According to The Stilt, safe voltages for Zen 2 silicon are 1.47V in ST loads and 1.32V in MT load, default voltages vary with motherboards and they're set a bit higher than minimal stable value, you can try to tweak it by offset (-0.05V in my case with R7 3700X on MSI GP).
