First gen ryzen IMC is pretty weak.

 

4 sticks is harder to get at max frequency.

 

Could try reducing to 2933 see if that works

hello i bought another 2x4gb ripjaws 3200 kit totaling 16gb now in my pc of the same ram same specs. Using my old ram i can get 3200 mhz no problem using xmp. but now when i put in the kit i bought it never boots into windows, sometimes blue screens sometimes boots into windows repair, when i turn on xmp. my cpu is a ryzen 1600 and asrock b350 pro 4. can i even achieve 3200mhz at all if up the voltage or is it impossible? motherboard limitation? i have no idea please help

give it a shot  see what happens. you can try tightening them up later
