the rx590 is on a smaller process which allows for higher clocks both out of box and max oc as well as a bump to roughly 7Tflops in compute applications. it's essentially the last refinement of the 4th gen architecture and is the best performing of the bunch. considering you can get them pretty closely matched in price with the second hand market, it's a valid option. the prices on my market are just £15 different between a Nitro+ 580 and a Nitro+ 590 which is justifiable for the extra performance headroom of the 590, and is similar to the price people pay to go from reference cards to most AIB's.

doesn't sound fake to me. do some actual research before hammering your fists into the keyboard

By fake i didn't meant that it is a useless card.

I know the gpu sizes of both. I just gave him an opinion to save some extra bucks to maybe spend on something better like any better peripheral over getting 1-2 frames Better performance. These tiny little frames doesn't matter much and there is hardly minor difference.

And by the way, I have researched this well cause i faced this case myself well and now i feel happy with my decision and I don't smash my hands on keyboard, I use a Phone For Tech tips Lamo.
