Still experiencing input lag

So basically I just built a new pc and I’ve been experienced input lag once in a while. It’s not that common but I’m noticing if my pc had been on for a while it starts to appear. The temperatures are fine. I updated my bios and drivers. What I notice is right after I restart my pc it’s gone no more input lag

1660 ti

r5 3600

16 gb ram

Asrock b450m pro4 3.9 bios version

My mouse is model o- and I’m pretty sure the mouse isn’t the issue

Check your ram usage. If it's happening after running for a while, that sounds like your ram is being maxed out.
