Oculus Setup Failing

I have been working on this all day and cant seem to figure out the problem. Everytime I try to install the Oculus Setup program it ends and says restart computer and try again. I have attached the Logs so anyone can find whats wrong. I have Turned of Antivirus/Windows Defender and firewall. I deleted all Oculus files and still does not work. Can someone help.

 

Specs:

Evga 2060 Super 8g

Ryzen 5 1600

Evga 550W power

x370 Gaming pro carbon motherboard
