Core Chroma X Help

I'm really hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of this. I have a late 2019 Razer Blade equipped with an MX150, also have a Core Chroma X with a GTX 1080 FTW. I have had several problems since I have originally set it up but the most pressing one is the ability to hot plug the laptop. During a normal day of usage if I unplug the Blade when I re-plug the TB cable I have to restart the Blade for the monitor to turn on. The eGPU will light up and the peripherals will start to work but not monitor. I have played with the drivers several times and tried swapping TB3 cables and that hasn't worked. I seriously have spent approximately 10 hours working with Razer support trying to resolve this issue.
