Kingston SSD not recognised everytime

i have a 128gb EVO Samsung  750 , 32gb Kingston ssd, WD HDD

Kingston ssd doesnt seem to be recognised few times.. like it gets recognised on a random boot . but doesnt get recognised after every boot .

It works fine when it is recognised after a boot.

When it is not recognised i dont find it in disk managment either.




can someone point out /& solve the issue please ?
